This bike should make someone very happy. It's perfect for a small person, I'm 5'4," and is the lightest bike you might ever own. It's awesome for someone who has to carry their bike up and down stairs. It's made for a track, but does fine on the road, be careful this bike is fast. Could use new tires and maybe soon a new front rim and needs a lite tune-up, there's really not much to tune-up on this bike.
There is some scuffing on the decals, other than that it's perfect.
